1. Introduction

Welcome to Hop, operated by Savings Company for Food Trading (“Hop”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hop mobile application and website (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Hop, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

Hop provides a quick-commerce delivery platform that allows users (“Customers”) to order groceries, household items, and other products (“Products”) from partner stores and merchants (“Merchants”) for delivery by independent drivers (“Drivers”).
Hop acts as an intermediary between Customers, Merchants, and Drivers. We do not manufacture, store, or directly sell any products listed on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

• To use Hop, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.
  
  

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  
  

• You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity.
  
  

• Hop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  
  

4. Orders and Payments

• Orders placed through Hop are binding once confirmed by the Merchant.
  
  

• Prices shown include applicable taxes but may exclude delivery fees.
  
  

• Payment must be made electronically through the Platform using approved payment methods.
  
  

• Hop reserves the right to cancel any order in case of system error, fraud suspicion, or unavailability of items.
  
  

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the Hop Refund Policy available on our website.
  
  

5. Delivery

• Deliveries are completed by independent Drivers who are not employees of Hop.
  
  

• Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
  
  

• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Incorrect addresses may result in failed deliveries and additional charges.
  
  

• Once the order is delivered and accepted, Hop is not responsible for any loss, damage, or spoilage.
  
  

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform.
  
  

• Use the Platform for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes.
  
  

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Hop’s systems or data.
  
  

• Harass, threaten, or harm any Merchant, Driver, or employee of Hop.
  
  

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Platform are the property of Savings Company for Food Trading or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Hop provides the Platform “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  
  

• Hop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  
  

• Product quality, packaging, and safety are the responsibility of the respective Merchant.
  
  

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hop, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Hop may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Platform or other users.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.

12. Changes to These Terms

Hop reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on www.hopmartjo.com. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
